The variety of seafood the city offers gives us the possibility to create a rich and varied menu. Fish, Shrimp, Calamari and Lobster are the emphasis of the Búzios gastronomy. Risottos, Pastas, Red Meat and Poultry, receive a French touch with Brazilian flavors. The desserts go from homemade ice cream with seasonal fruits, café gourmand, an exclusive tarte tatin, with family recipes and more.
The Chez Françoise Restaurant is open to the public from Sundays to Thursdays 1:30pm to 6:00pm. Fridays and Saturdays from 1:30pm to 9:00pm.
